Under Section (1) of Article 32 of Act No. XXIII of 2013 on the strategic stockpiling of imported crude oil and petroleum products, the Hungarian Hydrocarbon Stockpiling Association (the Association) operates as other incorporated entity in compliance with Act C of 2000 on Accounting, and prepares an annual budget about its finances.
